Can you use my own signature on the card?
Yes. 

This can be accomplished one of two ways:
        1. You provide us a clean copy of your signature for duplication, and we scan it and then print it onto your card
        2.  You personally sign each card in advance and we then inventory these cards and send them on schedule.

Am I limited to only one card or design for my program?
     No
   
  You may choose from any design in our catalog. As we add new designs we will let you know, so you will have those to choose from as well.
     As an example, if you find one of your contacts had a reason to celebrate - a baby, a marriage, etc, or is recovering from an illness or accident, you can call us and order the appropriate card to be sent.

ow much does it cost to get started?
Set Up Fee
     A set up fee of $229 to initially set up your database (up to 5000 names), includes setting up cards, your message, database, and printing for return address on envelopes
 
Annual Renewal Fee
     Annual renewal fee, $59,   includes setting up new card (so your customers get something new each year), any new handwritten message or envelope address

Changes after set up

     Additions, Deletions, address or name changes to your database, NO CHARGE
(up to 100 changes per year)
     
Plus, the cost of the card you choose,  plus first class postage (actual postage stamp) and a small handling amount for the handwritten greeting, depending on your chosen greeting length. These prices are all inclusive in the prices you see for the individual cards.

How much do the cards cost?
You will find that the cost of the cards is very similar to the price you would pay if you shopped in a retail store. However, we are also saving you the time and the gas.

How do I pay for this service?
The set up fees must be paid for in advance to start the program. 
   
You will receive a report 2 weeks prior to the beginning of the month for any mailings due that month. An invoice will also be included. The invoice must be paid prior to any cards being sent.

It is important to submit payment for this invoice when you receive it, so all of your customers cards will be sent according to schedule.

We accept company checks and MasterCard, Visa and PayPal.

      (If you use a credit card, we will process it through PayPal, so your monthly statement will reflect a PayPal payment.  You do not need to have a PayPal account for this any check returns will be a $50 fee, and future payment by Check will be declined)

Can you guarantee that the card will reach my customer/prospect on time?
Unfortunately, this we cannot guarantee. We do not have any control of the delivery method of your card.
We make every effort humanly possible to deliver the card to the Post Office to arrive either one day prior or on the date you requested.

If exact delivery date of a card is imperative, then we suggest that you order Fed Ex or USPS Express delivery, and additional charges will apply, and even this exact delivery we cannot guarantee.

What if I need to cancel my service?
We hope this doesn't happen, and we will miss you if you decide to cancel.

You may cancel at any time during your service, with no penalty, as long as all payments for services incurred are paid in full.  

After cancellation, we will send you an undated final report, including any monies due. 60 days after cancellation, we will delete your database from our files, so if you decide to come back after 60 days, we will have to charge you anther set-up fee.
