Each part is intended to be practiced and applied in your life, before moving onto the next part.
Be prepared to take notes. There are a few agreements that will help you gain the most from this class. One agreement is to use a journal. I prefer the flexibility of an expandable notebook, rather than a bound book. You may find this notebook concept fits with the growth of your awareness and results.
Each step includes exercises to assist you in experiencing change. Each exercise is cumulative, so in order to gain the most benefit, you need to participate in each consecutive "Simple Key" Tele-class.
What stops many people at this point is FEAR. In "The Fear Book", by ~ Cheri Huber she says it quite profoundly:
Fear is not what you think it is. Fear is not who you are underneath your facade. Fear is not the real you that you must somehow fix or improve or overcome. Fear is a very useful signal along the path to freedom. The stronger the fear, the closer you are to what you are seeking. If you want to stay "safe (i.e. stuck where you are), fear tells you to stop what you are doing, But if you want to be free, fear lets you know you are on the right track, it is a signal to push ahead in the same direction, to pick up the pace.

What qualifies the facilitators to teach this class?
Great question!
Who wants to take a class from someone who hasn't applied the very message they are teaching. Right?!We first learned of these "Simple Keys" in 1968, after being introduced to a great book and intensive training classes which outlined many of the keys you will receive in the "Simple Keys" Tele-class.
Our facilitators have successfully used the "Simple Key" tools many times over the years.
Our facilitators use their successes as examples in class, some of these are:
► Bettering a life from a start in an abusive childhood home.
► Located a much desired business partner who placed the initial investment into launching a new business venture.
