"I am very conscious of what I now watch on TV, so the SCC movies are a great support. I LOVE the short movie "The Rub of Attraction" about the law of attraction. It made me laugh with Ah-ha's. So true and so simple. Sometimes a negative I say once, I'm still thinking about a million times, so guess what shows up? Plus how many times have I asked for something and it's right in front of me, and I ignore it, or discount it as being the answer?! This 10 minute movie was a humorous way to remind me that the Universe responds to everything I say. Whenever I begin to fall back into old habits, I put on a SCC movie. It works every time."

I was concerned about what would fill the void if I got rid of my ego. Eckhart said that that energy once used by the ego, once shifted, the energy becomes free from thinking and becomes fully present. What would result would be "causeless joy". I FINALLY UNDERSTOOD THE DIFFERENCE
For years I have taken classes and read books about identifying what you desire and how to have it. It seemed like it didnt matter what I did or did not do, my results were always the same and disappointing. When I read through this book the first time, I felt something inside, like a deeper awareness of the answer I was seeking. Then I read it a second time and began to see the difference between my ideas and my Ideals.
My ideas were many times a fleeting thought with contradictory thoughts in between. I would have an idea of my desire and follow that with all the ideas of limitations. My reactions to consistently not getting my desired results would be similar to a spoiled child who demanded something without having earned it.
My Ideals are more of a real commitment. A commitment to the complete desire and everything required. When I would list my desires in the past, it was a longing or a wishing feeling.
When I made the commitment to Idealize like Landone describes in Chapter 8; and reprogram my body and thought process to see, taste, feel and touch every part of my desire as already being real, my results changed almost miraculously.
